We've heard that there have been a few cm of snow in England recently.

Have they closed the country yet?

  1. Well, I just about managed to escape to Germany yesterday. Belgium was quite snowy and at home we've -2°C and an tiny layer of snow. Nothing to dramatic in comparrison to South Germany where apparently it's havoc.

  4. well, Ola and me has just bought our first car (Bayerische Motoren Werke 318i lol). and now what, -15 degrees at night, 10 cm of snow... but as we had a lot of snow each year, the comunal service folks were ready to handle it. at least roads are free from snow in this shitty country.

  6. K2: New name especially for this posting...

Today: -5°C, dry. Hardly any snow. Roads clear (fortunately, as my English car has not fitted any winter tyres).

  7. Are you back in Munster then, K? Sounds dead cold.

We had one day of snow flurries here and yesterday it had all disappeared and it was bright and sunny again.

I like living by the Adriatic.
