Pizza restaurants.
They should offer the service of taking your pizza away from you at the half way eaten through stage and lobbing it under the grill for a few minutes to re-melt/heat the cheese.
It's so simple and makes perfect sense.
Unless you are a lardy gut bucket who can consume a 30 cm pizza in 5 nano seconds...
When I make home baked pizza I use a "special Pizza stone", which also keeps the pizza hot for longer outside the oven. Maybe you should ask for preheated plates. In good restaurants that is fairly normal...
ReplyDeletejeez, now i understand why have i grown so fat in last half of the year. i never experienced a problem of cold pizza.
ReplyDeleteanyways, once my band's guitarist and me were so hungry after one of our band's practice sessions, so we decided to go to the nearest pizzeria, and ask for the biggest pizza. it was half-metre pizza with our favorite ingredients. after we've eaten it by ourselves, the restaurant's staff told us that we're the first pair of customers who managed to eat the whole pizza. without throwing up. it hadn't turned cold either. but that was definitely too much.
and the part you love: how many have we paid for overeating for two person? 25 zl, means almost 4 GBP. and we got drinks free, because they burned our meal a little ;)
not suggesting that you didn't notice, i must point out that the difference between 50 cm and 30 cm pizza is not like between 5 and 3. half-metre pizza is in fact 2,(7) times bigger.
gosh, how am i supposed to get any slimmer now?
